We switched to the 3-bag system because with the two-bag system we were running at 100% capacity with only processing residential waste. Since moving to the 3-bag system we’ve been able to include more waste from businesses in our region into our sorting and composting plants. We’re adding businesses slowly to avoid overloading the system and will continue to work to include more and more commercial clients in our waste sorting program.
